Hi

I need to convert a worksheet from a long format to a wide format for modeling purposes. I have a column titled Tissue that labels each concentration value. (example spleen, liver, plasma kidney etc...) I just want the plasma and liver values for use in a model. How do I go about setting that up.

My naive understanding is that each observed variable must be a separate column when setting up the model.

What is the most efficient route to do such a manipulation?

Thanks in advance,

I would try Pivot, see https://support.cert...rksheet/?p=3960
