Hi,

I got really low stderr and CV% from the theta output sheet (attached), I wonder how should I interpret the results, or should the estimate be trusted? What could cause the really low stderr and CV%?

I got acceptable CWRES, DV vs PRED and DV vs IPRED. Shrinkage for all four parameters are less than 0.4.

Thanks!

Hi,

You are expected to have a low CV%. I would recommend you to further test the model for its robustness.

Test like Bootstrapping & VPC - could be of use to you.

Thanks
