Hi all,

I have rat PK data for 4 formulations. One of the formulation (group 2) is the fast-releasing patch. I used the mean concentration from group 2 animals for PK modeling. I ran the model (entitled "ML Model_Ref_Ind_multi_Text") with good fitting and diagnostic plot and the return code of 1.  However, in the Theta page, there is a lack of CV% and related statistics info.

Would it be a problem? Could anyone please help to find out the reason for this?

The phoenix project is attached.

The patch contains diclofenac, therefore, I use the 3-cmpt model as the same with the reference for diclofenac IV bolus administration(Ref. Willies 1979); the absorption compartent is skin, which is reference from another PK modleing for other patch (Ref. Nozaki 2016).

Looking forward for your suggestions.

Peggy
