Is it possible to conduct NCA on urine data that is in cumulative amounts? cf. The current available NCA urine model in Phoenix (start & end times, concentrations and volumes).

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Katie - if you have cumulative amounts recovered already then somebody somewhere has already calculated them from urine volume and amount at each collection interval.

 

The best thing would be to get this raw data back and use that. If that is not possible then you could, starting from the last collection point work backwards to get the amount at each interval and then use that with a nominal value of 1 in the NCA tool.

 

That said, I personally rarely find urine data detailed enough for much more than amount recovered tables and plots.
