How to fit IV Insulin profie with baseline data

Dear All,

I am facing difficulty in fitting Insulin PK data in healthy human after iv injection

data is having baseline numbers and after IV doseing. Profile looks like PO/Sc profile

Can i write sleep seqence statement in phoenix or Step statement in berlkely madonna.

Profile is given below

Raj,
Have you looked at the modelling Language reference guide in the folder;

C:\Program Files (x86)\Pharsight\Phoenix\docs

which contains some details and also an example "One-compartment model with sleep statement". there is a SEQUENCE example too. If you can't get your code to work after reviewing those then please attach your project here and hopefully we can help you further.

Thanks Simon for you quick response.

 

Problem with this data is after IV inj max conc is coming at end time point.

So its not looking like IV profile...........I facing in fitting this profile
