When I was trying to predict PK profile for test data I got following error  *** ERROR 10164 ***  THE NOBS VALUES ARE INCONSISTENT
  WITH THE NUMBER OF RECORDS ON THE DATA FILE. Kindly help me

Santosh, the problem seems to be that you have quantifiable values at time zero for F-101, F-105 and Target in you in vivo data which for an oral profile is unexpected;

 

this means it only has F-108 availabe later, and then you get the message about mis-matched numbers of formulations.  If you 'spoof' the file to give a time later than dose time e.g. 0.01 then you will predict PK but it' doesn't look great;

Actually looking back at the Correlation validation that indicates you need to work on your model and or formulations before you can expect a resonable prediction success.
