Hi, our lab recently purchased phoenix ivivc toolkit. We want to predict data for marketed preparation but we are getting following status

"Failed Execution
There are no In-Vivo formulations that match the In-Vitro Target Batch.  Please use a different dataset"

I am attaching my project file. Please guide us

Hi Sachin,

there were two problems with your data:

1. the in vitro profiles consist of only 5 data points each, this causes difficulties to fit. You can get fits for one (F-108) or the other (F-105) but not for all formulations. In order to generate a model with all formulations I have used the raw data.

2. The formulation name of the target formulation is different in the in vitro and the in vivo data. After fixing the name the model can be generated and used for predictions.

Please see project file attached. <project file exceeded 12Mb limit, sent to Sachin directly>

Cheers,

Bernd
