I am simulating multiple dose 2 Comp PK Profile for short IV infusions using WinNonlin 7. I noticed that PK Profile changes based on # Points used in simulation. For 1-2000 hr (X axis) comparing 100 vs 2000 # point (6 doses), # 100 showed variable Cmax values between different cycles where as # 2000 appeared to be consistent. I guess this can happen because of large DT. So is there a way to decide appropriate # points based on time scale or dosing regimen?
Multiple dose simulation. Does # Points in simulation matter?

Also if you build your model in Phoenix engine instead then you can request a table (under Run options) where you ask the specific times or sequences of times that you would like to have predicted concentrations.
