Raghav - you know you can also execute a NONMEM run from Phoenix and then the results are brought back and post-processed there? Some graphs etc are plotted automatically; and tables are created that can then be executed with native Phoenix objects, your own scripts; or you can use the R support to send to Xpose if you prefer that.

Phoenix 6.1 is tested and support for NM5 & 6.

NM7 support is added in 6.2 which should be released in the next 6-8weeks.

 Simon.

Simon,

I found that the population estimate for Cl2 (intercompartmental clearance) from the dataset previously provided ,

Naive pooled - tvCl2 : 4.4 (% SEE = 300)

FO esti - tvCl2: 2.25 (% SEE = 43)

Can you suggest me ???

Regards,

Raghav.
