Want to understand if we can predict PD response with available published PK-PD model initial estimate value.
I have PK data and want to predict PD response using literatute established PK-PD model value.

Hi Ygsla,
you can rebuild any PK-PD model in Phoenix, this video guides you through all steps:

It covers PK model only, but it is straightforward to extend it to the PK-PD case.
