Take a 7-day dosing cycle for three times, and conduct sampling and testing in the first and third cycles. Can NCA be used for calculation?

Thank you~

Most likely yes, I would analyse first profile day as naive dose and then I assume by  your third cycle you would be at SS and could then use tau in dosing panel to indicate that.

Is that the plan of your design? what is your anticipated half-life?

 Simon.

(Ensure your dosing interval is consistent/always equal to use NCA SS option.)

From you sample schedule, yes NCA looks feasible, if you get stuck later when performing your NCA, then drop us a line here - (or if confidential, please email support@certara.com)
