I would like to derive AUC as a secondary parameter from a pop PK model but the code included in this thread is not recognized in the current NLME build e.g. secondary(AUC = AaDose/tvV/tvKe). Is there anybody out there who can please provide the updated code? Thank you.

If this no longer valid, then it suggests that you have changed one of the built-in models and then it will depend on what changes you made as to what the valid formula would be. If you are in text mode you can simply use;
deriv(AUCx=C)
