Hi All,

Does anyone know if we can get VIF after individual simulation using PHX model? I can find VIF after simulation using PK library model.

Thank you!

Dear LLLi,

I have 2 news for you.

Bad news: if I remember correctly in PHX 6.4 you can see VIF for the Thetas and Secondary parameters only

Good (very good) news: in PHX 7 you can see VIF for each sample point in Residuals sheet.

Hi mittyright,

I only find VIF after simulation using PK library model, not in the Thetas of PHX model. If I want to compare different experiment designs using VIF, so I can only use PK library model to do that job?

Thank you!

Hi LLLi,

you need to use naive pooled engine to get VIF even for simulation

Hi mittyright,

Thank you for your reply!

I used the naive pooled engine for simulation (the only engine I have).

I also checked your project for Rosy (https://support.cert...ngle-dose-data/) but did not find the VIF information.

I am using PHX 6.4 not 7...

Thanks,

LLLi

Hi LLLi,

in Rosy's project CObs is not mapped for simulation objects.

If you map it, you'll get it

The logic behind I think is that Phoenix needs to know what kind of time events (every time point in your dataset) are happening. Dose? Observation? Could PHX use it for VIF?

PKmodel knows it for sure, because all time events are certainly the concentrations.
