This is a PKPD model with 1 compartment IV infusion for PK and an Emax model with baseline, shape factor and effect compartment for PD.

For model translation information, refer to the attached slide deck. The model is run in both NLME and NONMEM in the attached Phoenix project file.

I am running Phoenix 6.3.0.395 and cannot open the provided .phxproj file because of the version difference. Can you please make it backward compatible? Thanks!

Sorry, this is a pretty old version that we do not support anymore. The project file can easily be created in earlier versions using the source files. Here you have:

the dataset:

Attached File  pkpd_link.xls   23.5KB   22 downloads

the NONMEM control file:

Attached File  1c_iv_infusion_emax_bl_s_eff_nonmem.rtf   1.35KB   10 downloads

the PML code for the Phoenix Model object:

Attached File  1c_iv_infusion_emax_bl_s_eff_pml.rtf   36.9KB   14 downloads
