We’ve made a single dose PK study, parallel design with 2 groups, and with sparse sampling. I performed NCA calculation on WinNonlin and received Cmax and AUClast estimation with their SE values (standard error of mean, isn’t it?)

Then, I have to perform between-group comparison of each parameter (Cmax and AUClast), with Student t-test, using third-party software. What df (degrees of freedom) should I use for Cmax and AUC? In other words, what should be my “n” in t-value formula?

And, similarly, but in case of 3 or more groups, with 1-way ANOVA instead of Student t-test – what df should I use?
