Hi,

I am building a pop PK model for L-Dopa. After I mapped my covariates, I ran the model, but I I am receiving a strange error saying that covariate for subject are not set. It starts with first covariate for first subject. After removing that covariate, it gives error for second covariate in a row.  So I would appreciate it if you help me with this problem.

Best

/Amir

Hi Amir,

there is no screenshot of your error message. We would need your Phoenix project file to diagnose the root cause. Could you share? If not, please send a message to support@certara.com where we could handle it as well.

this error mostly occur when your subject has no value at all for a covariate i.e missing

it is your responsibility to impute put the value you want in the data

if there is a value at the start of the subject it will be carried forward automatically but we still need a value at the start

check your data for the first subject and send a screenshot  or the whole project as Bernd asked
